This baking tray is made of a very fine carbon steel material which is non stick and harmless to food. It is quite small and is best used for baking cookies of small sizes and very small cupcakes to be used as desserts. The baking tray has 12 holes and is of very good quality but please take note, it is quite small about 26cm by 18cm smaller than the normal cupcake. Those with restaurants in 5 star hotels will find these extremely useful.
