- Versatile: the Monzana fryer is extensive, as it has two separate frying chambers, each with 3 litre tub volume. So be flexible and either fry large quantities or prepare different foods in parallel.
- Low odour: thanks to the cold zone technology, where the heating coil is directly in the oil, there is little odour and ensures preparation without the unpleasant frying odour.
- Easy to use: when using a frying chamber, you only need to connect the appropriate power cable. In order to avoid unnecessary power consumption, extra two network cables have been attached. When not in use, they can be placed in the corresponding storage chambers on the back.
- Powerful: the fryer is equipped with 2 x 2000 watts and ensures a fast operating temperature in just a few minutes. You can adjust the temperature up to 190 degrees. After a short heating time, the red light switches to the green and you can start directly.
- Easy to clean: after pouring off the cold oil, you can easily remove both the tubs and the strainers. Both parts are dishwasher safe and therefore cleaned quickly. You only need to clean the housing of the fryer with a damp cleaning cloth.
